Faculty and Staff | Outlook IMAP Connection
In order to set up Outlook to access your CallXpress voicemails go to the Tools menu and Select Account Settings . This will bring up the following window. Click New .
Select Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP and click Next.
Check the box to Manually configure your server settings and click Next.
Select Internet E-mail and click Next.
Enter your name. Your email address is your 5-digit voice mail extension followed by @voicemail.pdx.edu. Select IMAP as the account type. The incoming mail server is voicemail.pdx.edu and the outgoing mail server is mailhost.pdx.edu. Your user name is your 5-digit voice mail extension. Your password is the security code you set up to access your voice mail.
Click "More Settings" and then click the "Advanced" tab. Change the port to "993". Under "Use the following type of encrypted connection select "SSL".
Your voice mail will be sent as an attachment to your email message.
