Ordering a Service

NTS uses a system called TAOS or Telecom Automated Ordering System for all service requests and repairs. TAOS allows us to stream-line all requests so that everything is completed in as timely a manner as possible.

Please note: you must be an NTS Coordinator if you wish to order a service. See the Find your NTS Coordinator page to see who is your department's coordinator. If your department does not have an NTS Coordinator you can fill out the Become an NTS Coordinator form to request access to TAOS.
