PSU’s Office of Information Technologies now offers audio conference calling with a toll-free dial-in number for 50% less than the previous rates. The new rate for domestic conference calls is $0.05 per minute per participant.
In addition to securing a lower rate, we have added features such as call-recording and instant download of your recording in MP3 format for no extra charge. Lecture mode and moderated Q&A sessions are also available.

Scheduling a conference call requires fiscal approval from your Telecom Coordinator. Our office will assist you with this process.

NTS provides high quality, cost effective services, systems and support to facilitate and optimize instruction and research at Portland State University. NTS is responsible for designing, implementing, managing and maintaining the infrastructure, systems, and solutions required to meet the University's voice and data networking needs.
NTS coordinators provide an interface between the different departments around campus and the NTS office. They help ensure that orders for new services, phones, etc. are entered correctly to allow work orders to be completed in a timely fashion. Providing your NTS Coordinator with as much information as possible will help to ensure that your work order is processed as quickly as possible. A Service Request is essentially a purchase order and thus requires budgetary authority.
